Death is an issue from which no one can escape and also a question that must be answered by philosophers. Confucius＇ knowledge is life philosophy, and the awareness and cognition of death has naturally become the major issue of his exploration. Confucius actively carried out the view of death with active attitude and rationalism, and his life is the active practice of his view of death. So his life is the best footnote of his knowledge, and the death of Confucius is the most dignified and the most brilliant part of his lifetime.
