胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣在肿瘤术后口底缺损修复中的应用

Application of sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap in repairing defect of oral floor after resection of oral cancer

目的评价胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣在肿瘤术后口底缺损修复中的临床效果。方法应用胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣一期修复肿瘤术后口底缺损8例。结果7例胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣成活,1例皮瓣远端坏死,术后1个月愈合。结论胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣容易成活,可提供适当面积的肌皮组织,适用于口底缺损的修复。

Objective To evaluate the effects of stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap on repairing postoperative defect of oral floor. Methods We used stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap to restore oral floor defect for 8 patients. Results Seven stemocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap survived postoperatively, and one underwent necrosis of distant part and recovered after one month. Conclusion Stemocleidomastoid myocutancous flap is suitable for repairing oral floor defect.
