超声乳化术不同粘弹剂对角膜内皮影响的形态学观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较两种不同粘弹剂V iscoat和透明质酸钠在超声乳化术中对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法12只纯种日本大耳白兔均分为对照组;实验组分为V iscoat组和透明质酸钠(海诺特)组,每只兔双眼行超声乳化术,术后6h在光镜和透射电镜下观察角膜内皮细胞的形态学变化。结果术后6h光镜显示V iscoat组角膜内皮细胞损害小。透射电镜下V iscoat组可见线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂或消失;透明质酸钠组可见细胞内多呈空泡样结构,有的内皮出现裸区。结论在相同的手术条件下,超声乳化手术粘弹剂V iscoat对角膜内皮细胞的损伤低于透明质酸钠。 Objective To explore the effect of two different viscoelastic substances ( Viscoat and sodium hyaluronate) on corneal endothelium during phacoemulsifiation. Methods Twelve pure Japanese flap-eared rabbits were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups: normal control, viscoat and sodium hyaluronate groups. At 6 hours after operation, the morphology of corneal endothelial cell was observed under light microscop (LM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results The injury degree of corneal endothelium was more alleviated in viscoat group than in sodium hyaluronate group by LM. The swelling, rupture or disappearance of inner cristae of mitochondria were observed in viscoat goup, increased vacuoles in the cytoplasm and the naked area of the corneal endothelium were seen in sodium hyaluronate group. Conclusion The damage of corneal endothelium is less serious by Viscoat than by sodium hyaluronate.
