起源于胸腔内大静脉的房性异位搏动体表心电图特征

Surface electrocardiographic characteristics of ectopic beats from veins within the chest
摘要
阵发性心房颤动(房颤)可被局部起源的房性早搏(房早)诱发。这些部位包括肺静脉(PV)、腔静脉、冠状静脉窦、Marshall韧带、界嵴、左心房后壁等。其中90%起源于肺静脉,其次为上腔静脉。由于大多数始发房颤的异位活动起源于特定的解剖部位,可产生特征性的心房激动方式反映为体表心电图L不同的异位心房波(P^+波)特征,因此依据其体表心电图特征预测致心律失常异位搏动的起源位置对消融治疗有指导意义。本文就起源于心脏大静脉的P^+波形态特征及其定位准确性给予综述。
