神经系统中富含亮氨酸重复结构的蛋白 被引量:4

摘要 从细菌到哺乳动物,多种物种的神经系统内都存在有一3D结构为马蹄形的富亮氨酸重复结构(LRR)蛋白,其主要在信号转导,细胞黏连,神经系统发育等过程中起作用.过去的几年内,在无脊椎动物及脊椎动物神经系统内发现了许多具LRRs的蛋白,它们参与了多种神经生理活动.对这些蛋白的功能作进一步分析,有助于揭示该蛋白家族的分子作用机制,并对进一步认识神经系统的发育等重要生理活动有所裨益.
