摘要
用DFJ-1五码分级器对国产中型495A-33型柴油机颗粒物进行分级采样,对各不同粒径的颗粒物的提取物进行Ames试验。结果发现各粒径的颗粒物中以粒径<1.1μm的颗粒物最多,占总颗粒物重量的45.2%,且此部分颗粒提取物的致突变性最强,并随着颗粒粒径的增大其致突变性逐渐减小。提示在控制柴油机排出颗粒物的污染时,既要减少排出物的总量,更要注重降低小粒径颗粒物。
iesel exhaust particles in different diameter were collected by using high volume air sampler with DFG-1 meter.The mutagenicity of organic extract was determined by Ames assay. The results demonstrated that in all kinds of different diameter particles,those diameter <1.1μm account for 45.2 per cent of the total weight of particles and this fraction of particles showed the strongest mutagenicity among all particles .The mutagenicity decreased as the particle diameter increased.This suggests that it is important to reduce the small diameter particles in diesel exhaust.
