摘要
某军品坦克液力变矩器传动轮中的泵轮叶片结构复杂,只能通过铸造工艺成形,铸件要求很高的尺寸精度和铸造表面粗糙度。通过铸件结构分析和工艺试验,论述和比较了各种铸造生产工艺方法的技术质量特点,确定了数控加工金属型和超细粉树脂自硬砂型芯工艺,并采用普通重力铸造方法成功地进行了批量生产应用。铸件的复杂流道和叶片的铸造表面粗糙度≤6.4μm,叶片尺寸公差≤±2 mm,铸件质量满足设计要求。
The vane of a pump wheel in a kind of tank hydraulic torque converter has very complicated structure and requires high surface quality and dimension tolerance. The pump wheel can only be fabricated by casting process. Through component structure analysis, comparison of different casting processes and experiments, volume pump wheels have been successfully produced using CNC machine tool made metal pattern, ultra fine self-setting resin sand cores and traditional gravity casting process. The quality of the pump wheel castings satisfy the design requirement with casting surface roughness less than 6.4 μm and vane dimension tolerance less than ± 2 mm.
