内生电与全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的相关性研究

摘要 [目的]研究内生电治疗对单侧初次髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）发生率的影响。[方法]单侧初次全髋关节置换手术的患者287例。随访5～55个月。134例患者行内生电治疗2周，153例未行内生电治疗。根据临床表现仞步判断，彩超或造影检查确诊。[结果]接受内生电治疗的患者中仅7例发现深静脉血栓；而未接受内生电治疗的患者有14例发现深静脉血栓。组问差异显著（P〈0．01）。[结论]安德生内生电流对髋关节置换术后DVT的发生具有预防作用.
