摘要 目的:探讨Tempol对紫外线照射下豚鼠皮肤的防护作用。方法:48只豚鼠随机分成4组:对照组、照射组、Tempol高浓度组及低浓度组,除对照组外,其余三组接受紫外线照射共14周。结果:紫外线照射组豚鼠皮肤外观评分、皱纹计数和丙二醛含量明显高于对照组、Tempol高浓度组及低浓度组(P<0.01)。结论:Tempol对紫外线引起的皮肤光老化具有防护作用。 Objective: To investigate the protective effects of tempol on ultraviolet exposed guinea pig skin. Methods: Forty- eight guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups randomly: control group, uhraviolet radiation group, high tempol concentration and low tempul concentration group. Except for control group, other three groups were radiated with ultraviolet for 14 weeks. Results: The surface score, the number of wrinkles and the malonyldialdehyde content in radiation group was significantly higher than those of control group, the high and the low tempol concentration groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Tempol has a protective effect on skin photoaging caused by ultraviolet.
