帕金森病脑萎缩定量分析及其与运动障碍和认知功能的相关研究

对帕金森病（ＰＤ）脑萎缩影像学的定量分析，并与认知功能，运动障碍进行比较性研究。对６８例ＰＤ病人与６８例有神经功能症状而无神经系统体征者，用计算机图像处理系统对其ＣＴ扫描显示的脑萎缩进行了定量分析及认知功能的测查比较，并对ＰＤ脑萎缩与运动障碍和认知功能进行相关检测。结果显示：ＰＤ病人较对照组的脑萎缩显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）；认知功能有明显减退（Ｐ＜０．００１）。脑萎缩与运动障碍显著相关（Ｐ＜０．００１）；运动障碍与认知功能也显著相关（Ｐ＜０．００１）。认为ＰＤ的脑萎缩与黑质纹状体多巴胺系统的退变有一定关系。

BrainatrophyofParkinson′sdisease(PD)revealedbyCTscanswasquantitativelyanalysedtomakethemeasurementofbraindegenerationcomparablewithcognitivefunctionsandmo-torimpairment.Usingacomputersystemforgraphicanalysis,acrosscomparisonbetween68pa-tientswithParkinson′sdiseaseand68patientswithvarieddysfunctionsbutwithnoneurologicalsignswasmadewithspecialregardtoquantitativebrainatrophyandcognitivefunction.Moreover,thecorrelationbetweenbrainatrophy,motorimpairmentandcognitivefunctionwasstudied.There-sultsshowedthatthebrainatrophywasmoreevidentinPDpatients(P<0.001)andthereweremorecognitivedysfunctionsintheformer(P<0.001).Thecorrelationbetweenbrainatrophyandmotordysfunctionwassignificant(P<0.001).Thesamesignificantlevelwasalsonotedforthecor-relationbetweenmotordysfunctionandcognitiveimpairment.Therewaspossiblyarelationshipbe-tweenbrainatrophyofPDpatientsanddagenerationofthenigra-striataldopaminergicsystem.Be-sides,themotordysfunctionwascomparativelyparalelwiththeimpairmentofcognitivefunction.
