小儿唇裂整复术中鼻部畸形的整复

Reparing the nose deformity in the cleft lip operation

目的探讨在唇裂整复术中是否对鼻部畸形进行整复。方法回顾性分析100例唇裂整复术,术前随机分组,治疗组:唇裂整复术同时进行鼻部畸形的整复50例,对照组:单纯进行唇裂整复术50例。术后3个月、6个月、1年观察对照、治疗两组唇部鼻部恢复情况。结果治疗组鼻部恢复较对照组鼻部恢复满意。结论在唇裂整复术中有必要对鼻部畸形进一步整复。

Objective To explore satisfactory repairing effects for the cleft lip through reconstructing the nosal deformity simultaneously during repairing the pediatric cleft lip. Method Correction operation of the cleft lip were analysisied retrospectively in ]00 cases which were randomly divided into two groupes preoperatively： A grope, reconstructing the nosal deformity simultaneously during repairing the cleft lip in 50 case ; B groupe, only repairing the cleft lip in 50 case. they were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation. Results comparing the two gropes, A groupe were recovered more satisfactory than B groupe. Conclusion It is necessary to reconstruct the nosal deformity simultaneously during repairing the cleft lip.
