摘要
目的研究机体缺锌及过量锌对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法用缺锌(Zincdeficiency,ZD)、过量锌(Zincexcess,ZE)及常锌(Zincnormal,ZN)饲料建立ZD(n=10),ZE(n=10)及ZN(n=8)大鼠模型,采用暗环境被动回避及信号方位迷宫法观察三组大鼠学习记忆成绩。结果ZD大鼠血清锌水平明显低于ZN组,而ZE组血清锌明显高于常锌组。ZD及ZE大鼠学习完成速度慢于ZN组,记忆保持率亦明显低于ZN组。结论机体缺锌及锌过量均可损害学习记忆功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of zinc deficiency (ZD) and Zinc-excess (ZE) diet on the function of learning and memory of rat Methods The maze test and step-through test have been taken in ZD rats(n=10),ZE rats(n=10) and Zinc normal rat(ZN,n=8)in our experiment.Results The Zinc level in serum of ZD rats was lower markedly than ZN Rats,and the zinc level in serum of ZE Rats was higher markedly than the ZN rats;ZD and ZE rats spent more time than ZN rats in finishing their studies and what they have remembered from their studies was also much litter than what ZN rats have remembered either in maze test or in step-through test.Conclusions Both ZD or ZE will impaire the function of learning and memory.
