摘要 脑卒中后运动功能恢复的机制尚未完全阐明。研究表明中风后功能的恢复与大脑可塑性有关,本文旨在阐述近年对一侧脑缺血后双侧大脑半球的活动的研究成果。 The mechanisms of motor function recovery after cerebral infarction have not been clarified yet. This study showed that the recovery of motor function after stroke was related to the plasticity of the sensorimotor cortex. In this article, the research results of bilateral hemispheric activation after unilateral cerebral ischemia has been discussed in recent years.
