摘要
目的总结颅内髓上皮瘤的临床特点。方法报告1例成人原发性颅内髓上皮瘤的临床和病理资料,结合文献,对这一罕见疾病的临床诊断、影像学、组织病理学表现及治疗等进行复习。结果CT示肿瘤位于左侧枕叶凸面,术中证实肿瘤侵及硬膜,组织病理学及免疫组织化学表现支持髓上皮瘤的诊断。结论该病例为罕见的成人髓上皮瘤,影像表现及治疗效果与典型髓上皮瘤有所不同。
