摘要 利用流动注射分析具有高精确度、高重现性等优点和人工神经网络具有自适应性和解决非线性问题的能力,改进三层BP神经网络,解析流动注射-光度分析测得的邻、间、对硝基苯酚的重叠光谱,建立了不经分离同时测定邻、间、对硝基苯酚的新化学计量学方法,具有较好的多元校正和分辨能力。 FIA is provided with high accuracy and high reproducibilily, Artificial that has self-adaptive and capability to solve problems of nonline-arity is a good Nural Network (ANN) mathematical method of multivariable calibration and resolution. Its application to analytical chemistry have been increased in interest. In this dissertation,a three-layer BP-ANN has been applied to resolve the overlapped sprectium of the isomeoic compounds of nitrophenols which come from FIA. A new Chem-ometric method has been developed for simultaneous determination of o-ophenol, m-ophenol and p-ohenol without separation. The results of determination by this method are satisiactory.
