摘要
以50mm×90mm水平连铸灰铁型材为对象利用直接差分法在反算结晶器内表面热流边界的条件下,并基于型材表面热流等于结晶器相应部位热流的基础上[1],进行了同时计及轴向传热的三维凝固的数值模拟。将模拟结果与实际结晶前缘相比较,证明模拟结果与实际相吻合。
Using direct difference calculus the solidification process of horizontal continuous easting(HCC) grey iron bar,50minX 90mm in size, is numerically simulated by taking x,y and z-three dimentional heat transfer into accont under the hypothesis hat the surfacest hat flow of theiron bar equals to that of the inner surfaces of the cooler. The shape of solidification front obtained from numerical simulation is compared with that of tested bar which slows the two are opproximately the same.
