Efficiency of Switched-Capacitor DC-to-DC Converter and its Improvement

将开关电容网络应用于ＤＣ－ＤＣ变换器，并从能量的角度研究了其效率，得出一个对各种开关电容变换器均适用的公式。提出几种能改善效率的开关电容ＤＣ－ＤＣ变换器新拓扑结构。计算机仿真和实验结果均与理论分析一致。

Switched capacitor circuit is applied to DC-to-DC converters. From view point of energy, the efficiency is investigated in this paper. A universal formula for all kinds of switched capacitor converters is obtained. New topologies of switched capacitor DC-to-DC converters aresuggested to increase the efficiency. Both step-up and step-down converters can be obtained fromthe new circuit structure with high efficiency. Simulation and experiments are in agreement withthe analysis.
