摘要
目的探讨成年大鼠脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的理想指标。方法对70只大鼠进行BAEP检测,包括潜伏期(PL)、峰波间期(IPL)、波幅(Am),并对左右侧各参量作比较。结果I^V波潜伏期分别为(1.58±0.20)m s、(2.4±0.26)m s、(3.17±0.36)m s、(4.25±0.37)m s、(5.25±0.36)m s;波峰间期为Ⅰ~Ⅲ(1.58±0.28)m s、Ⅲ~Ⅴ(2.09±0.30)m s、Ⅰ~Ⅴ(3.67±0.31)m s;Ⅰ~Ⅴ波的波幅为(0.98±0.90)μV、(1.60±1.03)μV、(1.00±0.65)μV、(0.67±0.70)μV、(0.69±0.34)μV。结论潜伏期及波峰间期是反映BAEP的理想指标,波幅较差。
Objective To investigate brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) of 70 normal rats. Methods BAEP were recorded in 70 rats,included potential latency(PL) ,in terpeak latency (IPL) ,Amplitude ( Am), and compared paramenters of left side with right. Results The latency form wave 1 to wave V were ( 1.59±0.20) ms, (2.40±0.26)ms, (3.17±0.36)ms, (4.25±0.37) ms, (5.25±0.36) ms ; IPLⅠ-Ⅲ( 1.58±0.28) ms, Ⅲ-Ⅴ (2.09±0.30) ms,Ⅰ-Ⅴ ( 3.67±0.31 ) ms, the amplitude form wave Ⅰ to Ⅴ were (0.98±0.90) μV, ( 1.60±1.03 ) μV, ( 1.00±0.65 ) μV, (0.67±0.70) μV, (0.69 ±0.34)μV. Conclusion The latency and inter peaklatency are ideal indicators of BAEP in the rat and the amplitude is not so good.
