应用基因芯片技术观察云芝丹参对鼻咽癌患者的免疫调节作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的为进一步研究云芝丹参的免疫调节功效,利用基因芯片技术筛选鼻咽癌患者服用云芝丹参后免疫功能指标的变化。方法收集鼻咽癌患者27例,设立中药组和安慰剂组,采用基因芯片技术检测鼻咽癌患者服用中药云芝丹参后免疫功能指标的变化,并与安慰剂组比较分析。结果用基因芯片技术检测中药组鼻咽癌患者服用云芝丹参胶囊后第7天,TNFR2基因表达水平较安慰剂组明显下调(P<0.05)。结论基因芯片技术是筛选肿瘤患者免疫功能指标变化的一种快捷、方便、灵敏的方法。 Objective To further study the immunomodulatory effects of Chinese herbal medicine Yunzhi and Danshen through screen the changes of immune functional parameters to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients after taking Yunzhi-Danshen capsules by gene microarray technique. Methods Twenty-seven NPC patients were recruited for the establishment of the placebo group and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group, Gene microarray technique was employed to detect the changes of immune functional parameters in TCM group after they taking Yunzhi-Danshen capsules, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results On the seventh day after they capsule administration, the gene expression of tumour necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) obviously down-regulated in TCM group compared to placebo group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Gene microarray technique is a quick, convenient, and sensitive method to screen the changes of immune functional parameter of cancer patients.
