摘要
海明威作为一个具有鲜明个性和强烈独创意识的作家,他的作品艺术风格独特,既简洁、凝炼,充分体现了他的“冰山”写作原则,又含蓄深厚,具有多重寓意和象征色彩。本文以《A Day's Wait》为例,剖析了海明威的写作风格及语言特色。
Hemingway＇ s novels are of a distinctive and artistic writing style with a plain language, which presents his Iceberg Theory with deep implications, varieties of implied meanings and symbol colors. This paper, through a study of A Day＇s Wait, analyzes Hemingway＇s writing style and his linguistic traits as well.
