On the Indemnification Question of the NGO Fund Source

若干的实证研究表明,NGO主要有三大资金来源：一是政府的投入,二是会费及服务收费,三是社会捐赠。本文主要对其中之一的社会捐赠进行论述,首先对我国NGO获取社会捐赠不力的原因进行分析,其次提出了促进社会捐赠的一些措施,以此来促进NGO的发展。

Many demonstration researches indicate that NGOs mainly have three great capital sources： investments of government , the membership dues and the service charge, social donations. This paper mainly discusses the social donations. At first, I analyze the reason why the NGOs of our country get less social donations. Next, I propose some measures to promote social donations and the NGOs development.
