阐述了德国、日本、美国循环经济的立法概况,分析了我国循环经济的立法现状,提出了云南省推进循环经济法制建设五个方面的建议。

This paper expatiates on the situation of lawmaking for recycle economy in Germany, Japan and America, analyzes the current status of China＇ s lawmaking in this field and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the construction of legal system of recycle economy in Yunnan Province in five aspects.
