论“环境与资源保护法学”命题的两个错误

On the Two Mistakes of the Proposition “Environment and Resources Protection Law”

认为“环境与资源保护法”的说法在逻辑结构和内容上存在错误,资源即包括在环境概念之内,而对资源中的可再生资源也不能采用保护说法,而应该是合理利用,综合以上,作者认为采用环境法这一说法更加科学。

The author points out that proposition of “Environment and Resources Protection Law” has some mistakes in the logical structure and content, because the concept of environment embodies resources and we can properly utilize those resources that could be regenerated rather than to protect them, so it would be more scientific to name the proposition as Environmental law.
