摘要
根据ISO质量管理这一科学管理理念,从体育教学改革必须以思想观念的更新为先导的基本思路出发,确立新的人才培养模式为目标,对学校体育教学考核的实际加以研究,建立科学的体育教学考核体系,以促进学校体育教学向科学化方向发展。
On the basis of renewing the mind of physical education reform and establishing training model of cultivating the talented people, the author recommends a scientific quality administration idea of ISO system, studies the current physical teaching assessment and sets up a scientific assessment system to promote the college physical education.
