该文探讨了构建复合应用型人才培养模式应从四个方面入手,即转变教育观念、优化专业结构、强化课程教学和完善教学管理,同时强调了培养复合应用型人才应注意的三个因素。

This paper discusses that constructing the training pattern for compound-applied talents should be carried out from the following four aspects： the transformation of educational conception; the optimization of specialty structure; the reform of educational program ; the management of teaching. Meanwhile we should handle properly three major factors concerning the talent education.
