Distributed ObJect Model is the key technology to meet the distributed computing requires, after recommending the two competitive technologies： DCOM and CORBA, this paper analyzes the interoperability specifications between DCOM and CORBA, finally discusses the designing and implementing of DCOM/CORBA bridge based on C＋＋ builder.
