摘要
为提高弧焊机器人的智能化水平,提高焊缝质量,减少机器人自身负荷,本文研究了基于嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II和32位ARM微处理器的焊缝跟踪系统,使弧焊机器人能及时检测并自动纠正当前焊接点与焊缝之间出现的偏差。
To enhance the intelligence of arc robot, improve the quality of the welding seam, and reduce the weight of arc robot, the paper research the implementation of welding seam tracking system based on embedded real-time operation system μC/OS-Ⅱand 32-bit ARM microprocessor, which can make the arc robot identify the deviation from welding seam immediately and rectify it automatically.
