摘要
旅游权是人权的一部分,它与相关的亲缘权利构成一个相辅相生的概念群落。旅游权主体在享有权利的同时,也必须承担对等的义务。实施旅游权,要遵循法律的普适原则,要体现法律在程序上的各种保障,要形成基本的行为规范。主张旅游权,是通过个人权利的实现而阐发人类旅游行为的大意义,达到互相尊重、和谐发展的终极目标。
The tourism right is a part of human rights and constitutes a group of concepts with relatives that have reciprocal action. While subjects of tourism right enjoy the right, they must assume equal obligation. Act in accordance with universal legal principle to actualize the defense on legal procedure and form basic behavior rule when carrying tourism right into effect. Holding tourism right, we can disclose the significance of human tourism action and achieve the ultimate aim of respect to each other and harmoniously develop through actualization of individual right.
