饮食美学研究进展与内涵思考

On the Study Progress of Dietetic Esthetics and Thoughts for Its Connotation

回顾中国饮食美学研究演进的轨迹,论文依据研究成果深浅差异将迄今为止的饮食美学的研究进展分为“立足美学”的起步阶段、“局部探索”的初级阶段,并对其进行了深入分析,得出国内饮食美学研究零散而不成体系,而对饮食美学全面性、系统性的把握尚未真正开始,还存在学术空白,并针对其研究现状及问题,进一步界定了饮食美学的内涵。

Recalling the evolution of the study progress of dietetic esthetics in China, the paper divides the present study results into two stages： the infant stage based on ＂esthetics＂ and the initial stage based on ＂local exploration＂ in accordance with the differences of research contents. Through an in-depth analysis, the author finds that the study on domestic dietetic esthetics is still sporadic and the comprehensive and systematic study has not really started and there still leaves academic gaps. The author further defines the connotation of dietetic esthetics.
