中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的经验体会

Experience of Combined Treatment of TCM and Western Medicine on Nephrotic Syndrome

肾病综合征的中西医治疗各有优缺点,西医治疗的优点是取效快,缺点是不良反应大,易复发。中医治疗的优点是无不良反应,疗效较巩固,复发率低,缺点是收效缓慢,疗程较长。中西医结合治疗肾病综合征扬长避短,其疗效优于单纯中医药和单纯西药。

There were individually advantage and disadvantage on the treatment of TCM and western medicine of nephrotic syndrome. The advantage was fastly efficiency and disadvantage was easily recurrence on the treatment of western medicine. The advantage was innocuity and side effect, fairly curative effect consolidation, low recurrence rate and disadvantage was slowly efficiency and long course of treatment on the treatment of Chinese medicine. The combined treatment of TCM and western medicine may adopt good points and avoid short-comings on treating nephrotic syndrome and its curative effect had an advantage than the curative effect of purely western medicine and Chinese medicine.
