消岩汤不同时段参与化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Xiaoyan Tang combined with Chemotherapy on Treating Nonsmall-cell Lung Cancer on Different Stages

[目的]观察消岩汤不同时段参与化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。[方法]62例NSCLC患者随机分为5组,分别为提前10、7、3d应用消岩汤加化疗组,消岩汤同时加化疗组,单纯化疗组。[结果]对瘤体及生活质量变化的观察表明,差异有显著意义,P<0.05。其中提前7d应用消岩汤加化疗组有效率分别为56.25%、62.50%,疗效较好。[结论]消岩汤能够提高化疗NSCLC患者的近期疗效,改善生活质量,并且先于化疗前7d给药治疗效果较好。

[Objective] To observe clinical effect of Xiaoyan Tang combined with chemotherapy on treating nonsmall-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） on different stages. [Methods] The sixty-two patients were randomly divided into five groups： Xiaoyan Tang in advance combined with chemotherapy（ten days, seven days, three days）; Xiaoyan Tang combined with chemotherapy; chemotherapy group. [Results] The body of tumor and quality of life here has obviously differentiation on Xiaoyan Tang in advance combined with chemotherapy （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of B group was individually 56.25% and 62.50% on applying Xiaoyan Tang for seven days in advance combined with chemotherapy group. [Conclusion] Xiaoyan Tang may enhance clinical effect and improve quality of life on NSCLC patients. The effect of Xiaoyan Tang for seven days in advance combined with chemotherapy group was better than that of other groups.
