2-芳基-3-N-丙酰基-5-苯基-1,3,4-噁唑啉类化合物的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of 2-Aryl-3-N-Propanoyl-5-Phenyl-1,3,4-Oxadiazolines

摘要 苯甲酰肼(2)与芳醛反应得到相应的酰腙(3a^i),而后与丙酸酐脱水环化成了2-芳基-3-N-丙酰基-5-苯基-1,3,4-噁唑啉类化合物(4a^i),通过元素分析,IR,1H NMR和MS对化合物4a^i的结构进行了表征. Reaction of benzoyl hydrazin (2) with arylaldehydes produces corresponding hydrazones (3a~i). Then 3a~i cyclodehydrated with propanoic anhydride to produce 2-aryl-3-N-propanoyl-5-phenyl-1,3, 4-oxadiazolines(4a~i). The structures of 4a~i were confirmed by elercent analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, and MS spectroscopy.
