摘要
水资源短缺已成为大连市经济可持续发展的制约因素.通过对水资源量和质的现状及成因分析,得出大连市水资源量的利用结构需进一步改善,水环境保护力度还需加强,合理利用水资源、保护水环境是大连市水资源可持续利用的必然途径.
Water resource shortage has been the confinement factor of sustainable development in Dalian city. The paper shows that it is necessity for the sustainable utilizing of water resource in Dalian to develop and improve the utilizing structure of water resource, to reinforce water environment＇s protecting, to utilize water resource rationally.
