六种甘蓝下胚轴和子叶无性系建立的研究 被引量:10

摘要 对6种甘蓝不同器官进行了组织培养和无性系建立的研究,成功诱导了紫甘蓝、皱叶甘蓝、羽衣甘蓝、抱子甘蓝、紫苤蓝和芥蓝的茎尖、下胚轴或子叶分化丛生不定芽.诱导6种甘蓝下胚轴和子叶分化的理想培养基是MS+6-BA(0.5~1mg/L);诱导不定芽生根的理想培养基是MS+IAA(0.2~0.5mg/L);试管苗移栽、扦插的理想基质是炉灰渣.移栽的试管苗生长旺盛. In this experiment, the paper studies the establishment of clone system and tissue culture about different organs of six varieties of Brassica oleracea, and succeeds in inducing the stalk tips, hypocotyls or cotyledons of Brassica oleracea L var. capitata L, Brassica oleracea var. bullata D. C, Brassica oleracea var. sabellica L, Brassica oleracea L vat. gerrnrnifera Zenk, Brassica oleracea L vat. caulorapa D. C and Brassica oleracea vat, alboglabra Bailey to differentiate uncertain buds. The best medium to induce different organs of the six kinds of Brassica oleracea is MS+6-BA0.5-1mg/L; the ideal rooting medium for the uncertain buds is MS+IAA0.2-0. 5mg/L; the best medium for transplanting the tube seeding is cinder. The growth condition of the tube plants is also favorable.
