摘要 雌二醇和GnRH用于同期排卵,操纵卵泡发育模式有相同和不同之处;荷斯坦奶牛先天性较低的繁殖力减少了应用激素处理同期化卵泡发育和排卵的有效性,了解GnRH剂量在激素有效处理中的作用,使激素处理的潜在行能在泌乳荷斯坦母牛也取得成效;发展同期化的新处理方式,提高使用Ovsynch法的怀胎率。 There are the similarities and differences between oestradiol and GnRH to manipulate the follicular development in synchronization. The inherently lower fertility of Hostein cows may be contributing to the reduced effectiveness of hormone treatments for synchronized follicle development and ovulation. The effectiveness of dose rates of GnRH needs to be determined if the potential of hormone with lactating Hostein cows. Improving the new treatment for synchronization to treatments is to be achieved increase the conception rate
