摘要
基于生产调度的自动化网络的需要研究了产品零部件受限的生产调度决策系统模型。首先,根据企业生产的结构,设计了一个信息采集传输系统;然后根据这些传输的信息征兆给出了产品的生产的迫切性、零部件加工顺序的重要性以及零部件库存对于产品数量的影响大小的参数模型结构并进行了分析;接着在此基础上利用加权算法得到了企业产品的可生产性度量模型,设计了零部件受限的生产调度决策系统流程图;最后根据流程图给出了相应的生产调度决策模型的算法。这个系统的运行情况表明,这个系统设计是有效的,和传统的生产调度决策模型相比有比较明显的优势。
The decision model for production by restricted part of product was researched based on demand of automation network. First of all, the systems transmitted information was designed by the structure of company. Secondly, the parameter structure of relationship between the production quantity and the part - storage, the significance of operation - order and the production - impendence were given and analyzed through the information. Then, based on the producible control model by adding - power algorithm of the parameters, a follow - chart of production - control decision systems is given. Finally, a kind of algorithm about production decision model is presented. The running status shows that the system is effectively and has obvious advantage compared with the traditional production decision model.
