摘要 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,于70℃下进行VAc/MMA种子乳液共聚合,试验考察了组分和操作条件对体系稳定性、聚合速率及组成分布等的影响,同时,从理论上给出了加料速率与体系稳定性因子间的关系。结果表明:随着加料速率的增加,体系稳定性下降,加料结束后产生飞温和爆聚的概率增加,组成的不均匀性增加,二次成核的概率变大。 The VAc /MMA seeded emulsion copolymerization was carred out at 70℃with ammonium persuphate as the initiator and sodium dodecyl sulphate as the emulsifier. The effects of the compositions and operating conditions on the system stability and the copolymer compositions were investigated. The relation between the feed rate and the stability factor was given by using theory. The results showed that with the increase of feed rate, system stability decreases, the probabilities of thermal runaway of the reactor after the completion of feed process and the formation of second nucleation increase. Meanwhile, the copolymer compostion distribution becomes also broadened.
