摘要 提出了浸渍活性炭脱除H_2S的反应过程机理模型,认为脱硫过程主要是H_2S在活性炭的吸附水膜内离解后被活化的O_2分子以及活性氧原子氧化生成单质硫逐渐沉积在活性炭表面,同时应用最小二乘法回归实验数据得到了脱硫动力学方程其中的动力学参数该模型与实验数据吻合得很好,平均相对偏差为1.36%~6.18%。 A kinetics model of removing hydrogen sulfide by impregnated activated carbon has been put forward ,which is described as follows: First, a water film is formed on the surface of the activated carbon. In this film the reactants H_2S and O _2 are dissolved. And then, the oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the carbon surface and polarized, and the H_2S molecules are dissociated into protons and hydro-sulphide ions. The latter react with the polarized oxygen molecules to form hydroxyl ions and sulfur. At the same time, the O-O bond is broken to form oxygen radicals which also react with hydro-sulphide ions. The product sulfur is deposited on the activated carbon. With least square method, the desulfurizig kinetics expression has been developed as follows:where This model is in excellent agreement with the experimental results, and the average rela tive errors are between 1. 36%and 6. 18%.
