二醋酸纤维素片丙酮浆液中TiO_2的X-射线荧光光谱分析 被引量:5

X-ray Fluorescence Spectrum Analysis of TiO_2 in Acetone Dope of Cellulose Diacetate Flake

摘要 应用X-射线荧光光谱法测试了二醋酸纤维素片丙酮浆液中的TiO2,并进行了与燃烧法的对比分析及其不确定度的评定。结果表明:该法的RSD为1.15%,扩展不确定度为0.028%,分析时间100s,检测结果与燃烧法的吻合,适合批量二醋酸纤维素片丙酮浆液TiO2的快速分析。 The TiO2 in acetone dope of cellulose diacetate flake was determined by energy dispersive X- ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF). The EDXRF was compared with combustion method, and the uncertainty of EDXRF was evaluated. The results showed that the RSD of EDXRF was 1.15 % with 0.028% of uncertainty and the analyzing time was 100 seconds, the values obtained by EDXRF agreed with those obtained by combustion method. EDXRF was suitable for rapid analysis of TiO2 in acetone dope of cellulose diacetate flake.
