摘要
采用GC/MS法分析了罗汉果浸膏的挥发性成分,并进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①罗汉果浸膏中共鉴定出28种成分,主要有β-大马酮、α-紫罗兰酮、巨豆三烯酮、安息香酸、糠醛、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸乙酯、5-(羟基甲基)-2-呋喃醛和角鲨烯等;②罗汉果浸膏具有明显降低卷烟刺激性、柔和烟香、改善口感和增加烟气甜润度等效果。
The volatile components in the extract of Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and the extract was used as cigarette flavor. The results showed that 28 kinds of compounds were identified, including ~ - damacenone, a - ionone, megastigmatrienone, benzoic acid, furfural, ethyl 9,12,15 - octadecatrienoate, 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - furancanboxaldehyde, squalene, etc; the smoking quality of cigarette was improved by the extract, the irritation was obviously reduced, the smoke was smoothed and sweetened.
