摘要
研究了射流循环管流化床的几何结构和操作条件对固体循环速率的影响。结果表明,循环管中最小气速与循环管面积无关,约为0.36~0.5U_t;给出了确定最小射流喷嘴气量的定量方程以及沉降室的充气范围,进一步提出适用于计算射流循环管流化床中沉降室节涌时的充气气速修正关联式,为工程设计与实际操作提供了重要依据。
A 200mm×50mm×1450mm two-dimensional spout-fluidized bed with a draft tube was employed to determine the effects of geometry and operating conditions on the solid flow characteristics. Four different solids and draft tube sizes were used in this study.Quantitative correlations were deriving from theoretial analysis of solid flow mechanism in draft tube and can be successfully used to predict the minimum jet nozzle gas velocity, suitable rage of downcomer aeration rate, and the optimum configuration and circulating conditions of this type of bed.
