摘要
在φ104mm×1500mm的液-固喷动流化床内,对2种不同孔径的喷嘴分别进行喷动流化,利用轴向扩散柱塞流模型得到了液体轴向扩散系数。讨论了流体速度、床层空隙率、颗粒物性和喷嘴孔径等因素对液体轴向扩散系数的影响,并得到了轴向扩散系数的关联式。另外,还研究了床层的膨胀特性,得到了床层空隙率的关联式。
Experiments were carried Out in a cylindrical fluidized bed of 104 mm diameter and 1500mm height, with water as fluidized medium. The axial diffusion coefficients were obtained by measuring the RTD at different fluid rates for different particle systems and the correlation of the axial diffusion coefficient Ez was deduced. It is found that Ez was affected by velocity, bed voidage, diameter and density of particles, viscosity and density of fluidized medium, diameter of nozzles, etc., Moreover, expansion of the spouted fluidized bed was studied and a correlation was obtained.
