摘要
目的研究抗肠道杆菌的免疫乳对小鼠腹泻的被动免疫保护作用。方法以9株人肠道病原菌制备的混合抗原对孕牛进行系统免疫,收集免疫乳,分组进行动物实验,观察灌喂免疫乳组和非免疫乳组小鼠的腹泻情况。结果免疫初乳中针对9种致病肠道杆菌的特异性IgG效价为211~212,为非免疫初乳的128~256倍;免疫常乳中针对9种致病肠道杆菌的特异性IgG效价为26~28,为非免疫常乳的16~64倍。灌喂免疫初乳及效价为1:64的免疫常乳组对肠产毒性大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、福氏志贺菌所致小鼠腹泻均有保护作用。结论免疫乳中特异性IgG抗体对3种细菌所致小鼠腹泻有被动免疫保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of antibodies from immune milk on mice diarrhea induced by 3 baeterias of enterobacteriaceae. Methods Three strains pathogenic E. coli, 3 strains Salmonella and 3 strains Shigella were selected as antigens to make the mixed vaccine, and gestation cows were immunized systemically. Immune milk with 9 milk antibodies was obtained. The test with the mice was done and the difference in mice diarrhea induced by 3 bacterias of enterobacteriaeeae feeded by immune milk or regular milk was observed. Results The antibody titer against 9 pathogenic bacteria in immune colostrums was 211-212,128-256 folds of that in the control regular colostrums. The antibody titer against 9 pathogenic bacteria in immune milk was 26-28, 16-64 folds of that in the control group of the ordinary milk. The test of the mice indicates that immune colostrums and immune milk of the antibody titer of 1:64 has function of passive immune protection for mice diarrhea induced by 3 bacterias of enterobacteriaceae. Conclusion Compared with the regular milk, the specific IgG isolated from immune milk can protect mice from diarrhea challenged with 3 bacteria of enterobacte.
