摘要
目的研究中草药护肤面膜对皮肤的抗衰老作用。方法小鼠于涂敷中草药护肤面膜后第14天,测定全血SOD和等同面积皮肤的羟脯氨酸含量。结果中草药护肤面膜能显著增加全血中SOD含量和皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量。结论该产品有保养皮肤,延缓皮肤衰老的功能。
Objective To investigate the anti-senescence effect of the traditional Chinese herbal face film on skin. Methods Fourteen days after the mice were treated with drugs, SOD and hydroxyproline content in the same area of skin were measured. Results The results showed that the traditional Chinese herbal face film could significantly increase the SOD activity in whole blood and hydroxyproline activity in skin. Conclusion This product has obvious anti-aging effects on aging mice skin.
