摘要
ＣＩＰ－１裂解催化剂是一种多组元分子筛催化剂，适用于催化裂解Ⅱ型工艺（ＤＣＣ－Ⅱ）。该催化剂具有在生产高辛烷值汽油的同时多产丙烯及低碳异构烯烃的特点．工业应用表明，在反应温度５０５℃下汽油、丙烯、异丁烯和异戊烯的产率分别为４０．９８、１２．５２、４．５７和５．７８ｗｔ％；在反应温度５３０℃下分别为３８．４５、１４．４３、４．７５和５．９３Ｗｔ％．
CIP-1 catalyst,a multiple zeolites containing catalyst,is applied to type,(DCC--Ⅱ) deep catalytic cracking process.The catalyst is characterized by producing light isoolefins as well as high octane gasoline. The industrial application of CIP-1 catalyst showed that at reaction temperature of 505℃,gasoline,propylene.isobutylene and isoamylene are 40. 98,12.52,4.57 and 5. 78wt %,respectively;at reaction temperature of 530℃,gasoline, propylene,isobutylene and isoamylene are 38.45,14.43,4.75 and 5.93wt%, respectively.
