摘要
采用X-射线衍射法、DSC、TGA热分析及微孔结构分析技术,对以沉积一沉淀法制备的SiO2载Cu催化剂进行了物性结构测试分析,对催化剂的失活原因进行了讨论.结果表明,CU/SiO2催化剂的还原温度在120~350℃区间,在DSC曲线上呈现三个特征还原峰,催化剂水煤气变换反应的活性组份是高度分散于无定形SiO2载体内部并与之发生健合的铜晶粒,随着变换反应的进行,活性钢晶粒逐渐长大,迁移出SiO2界面,使催化剂活性受到影响.
The structure characterization of silica-supported copper catalysts prepared by deposition--precipitation from homogeneous solution was studied by XRD,DSC,TGA,Thermal Analysis and pore structure analysis. The results indicated that tile catalyst was reduced between 120℃ and 350℃ in a hydrogen now.The catalytic active components for water-gas shift reaction is extremely small copper partides dispersed in silica and binding with it.
