低温深冷表面处理提高Mg-PSZ陶瓷耐磨性研究 被引量:2

Wear Resistance Improvement of Mg-PSZ Ceramics by Negative Temperature Surface Treatment

摘要 运用低温深冷表面处理提高了Mg-PSZ陶瓷的表面硬度,同时其耐磨性也有显著的改善,磨损率由1.31%降低到0.74%。硬度、耐磨性改善的原因在于深冷表面处理后。 The wear resistance of Mg-PSZ ceramics was significantly improved using negative temperature surface treatment,and the wear rate decreased to 44% and 63% at low and high speed wear conditions respectively. This behaviour was ascribed to the compressive stress on the surface layer of Mg-PSZ by the Martensitic transformation of zirconia, after the negative temperature treatment.
