摘要
用正交试验法研究了αＡｌ２Ｏ３注浆料的稳定性。实验表明悬浮料液的ｐＨ值、分散剂ＰＡＡ、阿拉伯树胶及电解质等的浓度对料浆的稳定性均有影响。当料浆ｐＨ值为８８、ＰＡＡ浓度为０２ｗｔ％、ＮａＣｌ浓度为２０毫克当量／百克氧化铝、阿拉伯树胶浓度为１０ｗｔ％时。
The stablity of α-Al 2O 3 suspension was studied using orthogonal testing method.The stablity of the suspension is affected by the the pH value and the concentration of the dispersant,gum arabic and the electrolyte.A stable α-Al 2O 3 suspension was made at pH value 8.8,0.2wt% of PAA,1.0wt% gum arabic and 20 milligramequivalent/100g Al 2O 3.
