摘要
介绍了FX系列PLC斜坡信号输出指令RAMP的功能、特点以及应用方法。根据三相六拍通电方式的脉冲步进电动机的控制要求，用RAMP指令设计控制程序，实现步进电动机的软起动和软停止，以保证步进电动机起动和停机时的平稳性。同时可使步进电动机的最高运行频率提高2—8倍而不失步。
The functions,the features and the apply methods of RAMP of the FX series PLC are describes. Through the control program written in RAMP instructions according to the control requirement of the three - phase six - beat pulse stepper motor, the stepper motor can be soft starts/stops smoothly to ensure the stability. On the other time, the max frequency will be increased 2 -8 times but not asynchronous.
