基于CPLD的超声波电动机控制器设计

摘要 介绍了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑集成芯片(CPLD)的超声波电动机控制器设计电路,分析了各部分的电路结构及特点,讨论了驱动信号脉冲生成,逻辑分频移相,驱动控制和弧极信号反馈电路的设计,给出了实验结果的波形及结果分析。控制器具有体积小、结构紧凑、调试方便等特点,具有较高的工程实用价值。 A circuit design of USM controller based on CPLD is introduced. Some main circuit's features, including the pulsed drive signals generation, logic frequency division and phase deviation, driver and singlerpole feedback are analyzed, and at last the results of experiment are given, The controller has some advantages of little bulk, compact structure and convenient debug, so it is good valuable of realization.
